     Fosters open dialogue about the state of metals education today as well as needs and issues for the future.

Educational Endowment Scholarships: Angela Gleason

     Awards annual scholarships to current undergraduate and graduate students.

Exhibition in Print Coordinator: Sandie Zilker

Exhibitions Planning Committee: Caroline Gore
     Develops traveling exhibitions, oversees the display of the curated Exhibition in Print at SOFA Chicago, and presents its assessment of any other exhibition proposals that seek to partner with SNAG.

Lifetime Achievement Award Committee: Tim McCreight
     The highest honor SNAG can bestow upon an individual. Awarded to individuals who have made a significant contribution to the field of contemporary metalsmithing.

Metalsmith Editorial Advisory Committee: Sharon Church
     Provides guidance, feedback, and advice to the Editor of Metalsmith.

Nominations & Elections Committee: Billie Jean Theide
     Responsible for the nomination and election of SNAG board members and NEC committee members.

Online Presence Committee: James Thurman, Anne Brewer and Brigitte Martin
     Coordinates  SNAG’s online projects to give a more unified vision as well as implement new directions.

Professional Development Seminar: Don Friedlich, Harriete Estel Berman,  and Andy Cooperman

     A seminar on career advancement and business skills presented at each conference.

Professional Guidelines: Harriete Estel Berman
     Over twenty topics on how to improve professional and business practices.

SNAGnet: Susan Honora Stowe
     Email listserv which publicizes exhibitions, jobs, competitions, workshops, commissions, and other timely information.

SNAG Resource Table at SOFA Chicago: Dana Singer

SOFA Lecture Series: Don Friedlich 
     Exposes collectors to the metals field by offering SOFA exhibitors the opportunity to present their work in a lecture format.  SNAG sponsored lectures are presented at SOFA Chicago and SOFA New York.
